Details of Position
· Strong skill with Service Cloud is desired.
· As a strategic partner to the business, you will cultivate a deep understanding of their processes & act as a strategic consultant on their business system's needs.
· You will gather and document requirements, design & document technology solutions in the CRM space with a focus on global call center technologies to support IVR, Virtual Agent, CRM, CTI integration and skills-based routing in a Customer Interaction.
· In this role, you will work closely with other BSAs, project managers, developers, testers, and production support through each stage of the software development lifecycle.
· As an experienced analyst, you must be able to partner effectively with all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, proactively identify & resolve problems, and make challenging decisions.
· Agile environment experience is a plus
