·         Excellent communication and organizational skills.

·         Experience working in an Agile environment.

·         Experience in the financial industry, preferably payments. 

·         Able to understand business requirements and translate those to scrum team where Product Owner need extra insight

·         Able to be liaison between teams. Helping with visibility, metrics, financial reporting, escalations, etc.
