Job Description:
The Digital Systems Analyst role is to help with the creation of project charters/business cases, follow a project methodology, provide project artifacts, escalate risks and issues, and deliver projects with the direct support of the company’s Information Technology Services (ITS) project teams and the IT Project Management Office. The Digital systems analyst is responsible for the delivery of projects on time, on budget, in scope, and to the required quality & success specifications of the Customer Engagement and Quality Assurance teams.

Responsibilities:
1. Gather requirements from the business users and develop system specifications for projects, enhancements, and bugs/issues.
2. Work directly with various levels of business users (executive, managers, and processing personnel) to document requirements, create visual diagrams, review specifications, and obtain approval.
3. Develop business and technical requirement documents as well as technical specifications.
4. Support quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and post-production rollout.
5. Drive solutions via system modifications and/or workflow to implement new processes (automation, regulatory, etc.)
6. Compile detailed documentation for technical teams (architects, developers, QA, etc.)
7. Working with developers to ensure specifications are understood, followed and implemented properly.
8. Project management of issues through the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
9. Tracking issues through Jira and maintaining regular updates to sprint progress.
10. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
11. Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
12. Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
13. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
14. Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.

Education/Experience: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or closely related field.
