Project Scope / Business Need (modernizing / enhancements etc.): Overall, they are developing new HR systems ? enabling the stakeholders in the HR team to be more efficient (pre-boarding / onboarding). Greenfield implementation…not moving from one to another, brand new build based on the specs that the HR Team / Mgmt are coming up with.
Scrum / Dev Methodologies: Depends on the team, but 2 week sprints & daily stand-up’s (can scale down to 2 days depending on the functionality being delivered, this can change).
