Summary:
Responsible for working with complex information systems like Polaris and NAVA
application systems and developing or modifying existing systems through analysis
of business and user needs.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Understand user needs and able to articulate Requirements through
user stories. Extensively analyzing the existing
legacy system (Polaris) and hybrid system (NAVA) to perform GAP analysis.
Working with Business Users and Team Leads to create business process flows for
different Lines of Businesses in Management Liability, gathering the business
needs, and conveying the requirements to the Team Extensively working
with Data Mapping documents. Analyzing the Data Mapping Document created by the
Technical Business Analyst to enhance the business process and assist the
developers in refining the user stories for a smooth transition. Develops and maintains
problem databases. Recommend business solutions that satisfy
sponsor/stakeholder needs continually exploring and assessing options for
value-add for clients. Performing as a liaison
between Stakeholders. Working alongside the Team Leads in breaking
down Epics to User Stories and in preparing User Acceptance Criteria,
Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), and the Minimum Viable
Product (MVP). May complete end-user documentation and prepare training material.
Perform unit testing and integration testing. Troubleshoot problems with
systems. Assisting Scrum Master in facilitating Stand Up meetings for the Team
to track the work progress and clear impediments. Maintain systems to optimize
performance.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
