Explanation Of Position: The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills understanding CRM Contact Center technologies supporting our customers: Case Management, IVR, CTI integration and skill based routing, Virtual Assistance and the CRM suite. Strong skills with Service Cloud is desired.
Details Of Position: Technical skills include excellent verbal and communication skills to facilitate meetings with many different stakeholders and act as a liaison among the business users, sponsors, application team, architecture and testing team members. The candidate must have the skills to coordinate and facilitate discussions across functional groups, capture discussion topics as they unfold in the meeting. After the meeting, the candidate will use the information to produce minutes, scope documentation, call flow diagrams, and EPICs and Features. Complex transformation projects require deliverables during the planning phase and the candidate must be able to multi-task to meet project deliverables and manage open items throughout the software development lifecycle.
