Job Description:

BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSTS:

Gather functional and non-functional requirements through requirement elicitation meetings. Create Context flow diagrams, Use case diagrams, Activity diagrams, Business process flow diagrams, Mock-ups, and Workflows. Define technical architecture and create data mapping documents. Perform data mining. Create and execute queries. Migrate data in form of subsets. Maintain data to data warehouse and data marts. Integrate applications and script business logic. Facilitate and Perform user acceptance testing. Perform Root Cause Analysis, identify bottlenecks in processes, and recommend solutions. Define and document governance for administration and maintenance of processes. Skills Required: ServiceNow, SQL, Web Services, XML, UAT, Oracle Cloud ERP, OneStream, MS Visio, and Balsamiq. Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or any related field is required. Work location: Monmouth Junction, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
